Die Cutting

Spectex has a variety of die cutting methods used for a variety of die cut materials. Die cutting methods include Rotary die cutting, Clicker cutting, Traveling Head die cutting as well as a many high speed die cutting presses. Most of our die cutting presses have heated platen capabilities for heat set edges and sealing materials together while die cutting at the same time. We maintain an inventory of standard die cutting shapes to save on set up costs. Precision dies as well as specialty cutting dies can be designed and fabricated in house to meet any of your die cut needs. Our die cutting presses are modern and have high capacity thru put which allows for quick turnaround die cut parts and competitive pricing.
