Cap embroidery backings are used to enhance the crispness and clarity of the design when working with low profile or unstructured caps. Cap embroidery backings maintain tension on the bobbin thread allowing the user to switch production without adjusting machine settings and prevent cap fabric from becoming stuck in the machine.
